The AGM will take place at the Shelbourne St Church of Christ (3460 Shelbourne St) in the upstairs sanctuary at approximately 11:30 am on Sunday January 25. 


Member sign in, and ballot & voting card collection starts directly following Sunday morning worship.

Voting is open to all members (18 and over) who are present.


Each of the votes will use a different method.

  1. Special resolution: Voting will be via show of voting cards.  (To pass, special resolutions require 2/3 of the votes cast to be in favour).
  2. Elder confirmation &/or reconfirmation will be via secret ballot.
  3. 2026 Budget: Voting will be via show of hands.

Childcare

Childcare and lunch for the kids will be during the AGM.  

If your family would like to participate, RSVP to Jocelyn Jaszczyszyn by January 18.

Special resolution details

The meeting will include a special resolution vote to amend the bylaws.
